No Martial Arts Involved
Our self defense classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. 

Open = Class is on the website and online registration is open (link to
registration page will be active)

Pending = Class is tentatively scheduled. (Some info may change)
OR Registration has not yet begun.

Closed = Class is full, cancelled, or over.

Simply Safer Self Defense Classes
     Want to feel safe? This innovative class will teach you practical, proven and effective defensive skills that will help you reduce your fear and increase your personal safety.
     You will learn awareness, avoidance and physical techniques to prepare you - mentally, physically and emotionally - to deal with dangerous situations.
You will learn techniques that are simple and effective, all in a friendly atmosphere.
     These classes are for men and women of all sizes, physical ability and ages (16+). (6 Hours Total)
These are not martial arts classes.

Simply Safer Self Defense - Condensed (aka First Step)
     Don't have a lot of free time? Sign up for one of our condensed classes.
You will learn what you need to know to handle the most common offensive situations.
     These classes concentrate on awareness and avoidance skills to help you steer clear of dangerous situations. You will also learn a few practical, proven and effective skills; skills that are easy to learn and remember.
      These information-packed classes are for men and women of all sizes, physical ability and ages (16+). 
These are not martial arts classes. (2 Hours)
